Are the albums sold here counted on official music charts?
Yes, all album sales from the BTS Official Music Store are officially counted toward the Hanteo and Gaon charts in Korea, as well as the Billboard charts for US-specific releases.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 10-21 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your local customs processing and the shipping method selected at checkout.
What is your return policy for opened albums?
To maintain the integrity of collectible items, we only accept returns for albums and DVDs if the original plastic shrink-wrap remains intact. If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team within 7 days.
